Pelopac develops and produces authentic, natural Mediterranean and Greek food products under a number of major brands and private labels as well as our own Flavors of Greece brand.

Our primary ingredients are carefully selected from the produce of local and regional agriculture and are processed and preserved in traditional ways.

Combining the principles of home cooking with strict quality assurance and scrupulous production methods, we make sure that our products are consistently of the highest quality.

Our plant and operations are certified under the ISO 22000 (HACCP) and BRC Global Standard Food (Classification: A) standards, and every production run is supervised by a trained chef as well as our certified food technologist.

Drawing on our extensive knowledge of ingredients, processes and market requirements, we specialize in developing new and custom products in collaboration with our clients and our suppliers. Over the past few years, we have introduced over 100 unique new items and have won numerous awards for taste and innovation.

A wide range of packaging solutions is available for contemporary grocery, deli and food service applications, and we work closely with our clients to select the most suitable packaging type and technology for the product and market.

Many of our products are also available Certified Organic, under the EU 834/07 and USDA NOP Standards.
